Why commercial carpet is different
Most commercial carpet is low, tight loop pile, and it hides dirt well right up until it doesn't. By the time the lane from the front door looks dark, the grit has been grinding at the fibers for months. Cleaning on a schedule costs far less than replacing carpet tile.
When we do it
Evenings after you close, early mornings, or Saturdays. Bigger spaces we can do in sections so part of the building is always usable. If you'd rather not think about it, we'll set up a quarterly or twice-a-year schedule and just show up.
What it costs
Commercial work is priced by the square foot, generally 20 to 40 cents depending on size, condition and how often we're coming. Call with a rough square footage and we'll give you a number.
Common questions
Do you clean carpet tiles?
Yes, the same way. If a few tiles are past saving, it's usually cheaper to swap them out, and we'll point those out.
Can you clean between tenants?
Yes. Send us the address and the move-out date and we'll fit it in before the new people move in.
